SAGT2010Registration

SAGT2010 has the following registration categories:

Accompanying persons can attend the social dinner. The fees to be applied to them is 60 Euros.

The registration fee includes:

• Welcome reception.

• Attendance to all SAGT2010 sessions.

• One copy of the proceedings, and a workshop bag.

• Daily lunches and regular tea/coffee breaks.

• Workshop banquet.

• In case of a student registration, please have your registration form also signed by your advisor (in the proper table).
• In case of a regular registration but not attending the social dinner, we would highly appreciate that you say it to us in advance in order to optimize the restaurant reservation.

Payment and Registration form

Payments can be made either by credit card (VISA and MasterCard only), or through bank transfer. You may find all the necessary details in the SAGT2010 registration form at the url http://sagt2010.cti.gr/SAGT2010RegistrationForm.pdf (in PDF format). Please fill in this form with your personal registration information. Consequently you must send your registration form, by FAX only, to the SAGT2010 secretariat. The fax number is clearly printed at the bottom of the form. Each received registration form will be acknowledged by the workshop secretariat within two working days.

In case that you choose to make your payment using a bank transfer, it is NECESSARY that you also fax (at the same fax number) the receipt of your bank transfer. The secretariat will acknowledge (within two working days) the successful delivery of each receipt.

If you choose to make use of your credit card, an extra notification for CTI charging the card, will also be sent by the secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you want to cancel after registering for SAGT2010, 100% of the registration sum will be refunded if you cancel before the regular registration deadline (September 30, 2010). From October 1st, 2010 up to October 17, 2010, a cancellation request will return to you 50% of the registration sum. From October 18, 2010 no registration refunding is possible.

Any differences arising in registration fees will be settled on site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited to the Secretariat account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
