SAGT2010Submission Of Camera Ready Papers

Dear Authors of the SAGT2010 accepted papers,

as you already know the proceedings of SAGT2010 are going to be published by the LNCS seriess of Springer publications. You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The final paper and the signed copyright form are due on JULY 27, 2010.

This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. In more detail, please check the following steps in order to submit your camera ready versions of your papers:

1. PREPARATION OF THE FINAL PAPER

Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper via email to the account

By default we shall consider the sender of this email to be the contact author from that point on, for any further communication with Springer in the future. If you would like some other author to be the contact person, please state this explicitly in the body of your email.

In your email please attach two files:

(a) either a zipped or tar.gz file containing ALL your LaTeX source files, and

(b) a PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

Please name your compressed (or RTF) file containing the source of the paper as

camera-XX.YYY

where XX is your own submission number to SAGT2010, and YYY Î { tar.gz , zip , rtf } is simply the right extension of your own file.

Eg, for the paper submission #1, whose submission file was named submission-1.pdf, the compressed file with ALL the latex sources (and non-standard header files) should be named camera-1.tar.gz , or camera-1.zip. Similarly, the accompanying pdf file should be named camera-1.pdf.

The page limit is 12 pages and it is STRICT.

Please follow VERY CAREFULLY the author instructions of LNCS / Springer Publications, when preparing the final version. These instructions can be found in:

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: Once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.

2. COPYRIGHT FORM

Please send to us by fax (or attach to your submission email a scanned copy of) the signed and completed copyright form of Springer. We need to postal mail all these forms together to our publisher. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. Please go ahead and do it right now. The SAGT2010 copyright form can be found at
